"Tough loss for me to take yesterday dominated opening 10-15 went a goal up early should have maybe got the second to kill the game then my lads went to sleep & went out deservedly 3-2 ! We went ahead twice in the game and gave it all away by not battling not doing the fundamentals and basics we need to win games . Tbh it has been coming over the last few games we haven’t done enough consistently throughout the 90 minutes to get the wins imo but yesterday we come unstuck against a side who (no disrespect intended ) are not better then us as a team or man for man but just wanted it more and shown more desire !

I could easily put it down to poor refereeing decisions individual errors or management decision but we win together we lose together . We need to realise when we are at the top teams Will want to beat us and we need to be at 110% every game we can’t lower our levels like we do expecting to coast through games.

Wake up call for some of my boys , talent will not beat hard work , disappointed not to go on another run like last season in the comp but that’s life . A Big reaction needed Wednesday night when we host Birstall !
